Identity & Belonging
Therapy for identity and belonging offers you space to explore who you are, where you come from, and what it means to truly belong. This work honors the complexity of your intersectional identities such as LGBTQIA+, nonbinary, and BIPOC, and the resilience it takes to move through the world. I work with you to process and heal from experiences of oppression and disenfranchisement related to your identities.
❍ Unpack messages from family, culture, and society that have shaped your sense of self
❍ Reconnect with your values and inner truth to live with greater authenticity
❍ Build a sense of belonging through self-acceptance and connection with others
Mood & Emotional Health
I use therapeutic techniques for mood and emotional health that support you in coping with anxiety, depression, mood swings, and emotional overwhelm. Together we explore the causes of distress and practice skills to help you manage emotions using approaches like CBT, DBT, and ACT.
❍ Learn practical strategies to manage anxiety, sadness, or intense emotions
❍ Develop skills for emotional regulation, self-soothing, and distress tolerance
❍ Understand patterns that affect your mood and find ways to respond differently
Trauma & Attachment Healing
This space supports you in making sense of past experiences and the ways they influence your relationships and inner life. We work to understand emotional wounds and relational patterns so you can feel safer with yourself and others.
❍ Explore patterns of attachment that formed through early experiences
❍ Process past relational trauma and the impact it has on your emotions and relationships
❍ Build trust, safety, and stronger connections with yourself and others
Neurodivergence & Chronic Illness
I provide support and therapeutic interventions for clients with ADHD, autism, and chronic health conditions. You will find a space to build self-acceptance, advocacy skills, and practical strategies for managing daily life while honoring your mind and body.
❍ Learn ways to navigate your unique energy and attention patterns
❍ Build routines and coping strategies that fit your needs
❍ Develop self-advocacy, emotional regulation, and acceptance of yourself
Relationships & Intimacy
Therapy for relationships helps you connect more deeply with others, whether in monogamous, or ethically non-monogamous relationships. I provide a welcoming, nonjudgmental, and informed space for clients involved or interested in kink and/or BDSM. We explore communication, boundaries, and patterns of interaction so you can create healthier and more satisfying connections.
❍ Identify patterns that cause conflict or distance and learn new ways to respond and repair
❍ Practice clear communication and setting boundaries that feel safe
❍ Strengthen emotional connection and trust in your relationships
Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs)
Engaging in therapy for BFRBs will help you understand and be more mindful of urges to pull, pick, or bite: giving you the space to choose a more adaptive self-soothing behavior. Using evidence-based approaches like Habit Reversal Training, ComB, and ACT, we work on reducing urges and developing healthier habits with the spirit of self-compassion.
❍ Increase awareness of triggers and improve understanding of the different factors that influence your urges
❍ Practice behavioral and mindfulness strategies to manage unwanted behaviors
❍ Build self-compassion and resilience as you improve your relationship with your body
